Thanks to the use of backup power sources, even during blackouts, construction work did not stop, which allowed the active construction of the Millennium State and Idilika Avenue residential complexes to continue.
This year was also significant for the company, as a new ambitious project was launched - the Millennium Park residential complex.

The Millennium Park complex will consist of nine-story buildings with individual gas heating, with a cozy alley for walks, commerce on the territory of the residential complex, sports and children's playgrounds, and its own parking lot. The entire territory of the complex will be under video surveillance 24/7. The main highlight of the complex is a 5-hectare square, which begins immediately outside the residential complex.

• A security post and video surveillance have been activated on the territory of the complex. It is located in section 4G to ensure the highest level of security for all residents;
• A fountain has been installed and launched, which will be a wonderful addition to the home territory and will create an atmosphere of beauty and harmony;

• Installation of benches on the recreation area has been completed, creating an area for recreation and communication;

• On the floors, they finished laying tiles on the floor;
• The leveling of the territory near the house has begun.

Section 1

The process of building the machine room of the elevator is in full swing. This stage is important to ensure the smooth operation of the elevator in the future.

The pouring of the monolith in the entrance groups and on the floors continues to give them reliability and strength.

Plastering has already been done on four floors at once, namely from the 9th to the 5th, giving the premises a clean and updated look.
